By creating an account or using any part of the ROBAT TV service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ROBAT TV provides live and on-demand streaming of local community content including talk shows, events, sports, short films, music videos, and related programming. Access requires an active paid subscription.

3. Subscription and Billing

• The current subscription price is $4.99 per month.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ROBAT TV is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access that you failed to report.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical access controls
• Download, record, or redistribute streaming content without authorization
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Content

All content on ROBAT TV is either owned by ROBAT TV or licensed from third-party rights holders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

7. Service Availability

ROBAT TV makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Service is available at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may affect availability.

8. Termination

ROBAT TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ROBAT TV does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROBAT TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
