You can change your ROBAT TV plan at any time by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your ROBAT TV account.

2. Select Change plan. (If you don’t see Change plan, please contact us.)

   Note:If your account is on hold, no plan changes can be made until the hold is resolved.

3. Choose the desired plan, then select Continue or Update.

4. Select Confirm Change or Confirm.

Changing to a new plan takes effect immediately so you can enjoy all of the added features. Since ROBAT TV is a prepaid service, your billing date will change based on the remaining balance of your last payment.

You can cancel ROBAT TV at any time.
