How to change or reset your password

If you know your password and can sign in to ROBAT TV but want to change it, go to the Change password page.

You can’t change your password if a Kids profile is active. Sign in to another profile first and then change the password.

When choosing a password, it should be:

Different than what you use for any other websites or apps
At least 8 characters long
A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
Not easily guessed – such as “password,” “12345678,” or use any personal information (name, birthday, address)

A password manager can make it easier to keep track of unique passwords.

If you can’t sign in or can’t remember your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen.
